Emma started Kindergarten on August 10. Her first week seemed to go well - as far as we know. She is not exactly a wealth of information when it comes to sharing the details of her day. But I did learn that one day it was "hot on the playground." And another day, she "didn't like the game" in PE. But she is in a classroom that is "co-taught," which means there is a general ed teacher, a special ed teacher, and a parapro. The special needs kids are in this class and the balance is filled with general ed kids. We are very thankful for this opportunity for Emma and feel it's a great place for her to be. The teachers are super nice and very helpful. I look forward to watching Emma grow, learn, and develop over the school year.
